At Ortus Fashion Studio, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. Every piece is thoughtfully designed and meticulously made. As a premium fashion label, we operate on a made-to-order and limited edition model to ensure exclusivity and reduce waste.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

• Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
• Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a defect or damage upon delivery, we will gladly replace it after the verification.

Exchange Request Guidelines

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must raise a request within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Items that are altered, worn, or damaged due to use will not be eligible.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Custom-fit or made-to-measure items
• Sale or discounted products
• International orders

Return & Refund Policy

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We encourage you to check our size chart and reach out before purchasing if you have any doubts.

Shipping For Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.
• Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will ship the exchanged item to you at no extra charge (within India).
