Ortus is based in Silvassa, Gujarat, India, and all our pieces are designed and made locally at our production house.
Do you offer custom orders?
Currently, we do not take custom orders. Our collections are thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our Instagram, WhatsApp, or directly via our website by selecting the available pieces and completing the checkout process.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International shipping charges and delivery times vary based on location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within India usually takes 5-7 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days. For limited edition or pre-order pieces, please refer to the product description.
How do I know if a product will fit me?
Each product has a detailed size chart. For further assistance, you can message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your measurements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues or manufacturing defects. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. We do not offer refunds.
Are all your pieces ready-to-ship?
We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched in 2-3 days, while made-to-order items may take up to 10 days.
Do you collaborate with stylists or influencers?
